Loren's career began working for feature film and commercial director Harold Becker before attending USC film school, where his thesis project, Cockfight, earned an International Documentary Association nomination. He then produced the Oscar-nominated short film Our Time Is Up and directed a string of award-winning documentaries for television. The opportunity to produce and direct stories for the acclaimed series FRONTLINE / World took Loren around the globe before he settled back in Los Angeles. His independent films and commercial work have garnered attention for their authenticity, cinematic style and unprecedented access to subject matters. Loren's directorial work for the branded content series Replay (Fox Sports / Gatorade / TBWA Chiat Day) has been recognized for excellence across media platforms.
